No BS Quarantine Self-Care Checklist

Create a routine
DO NOT WEAR PAJAMAS ALL DAY LONG! Shower, get dressed, make your bed, have some sense of normality so you can set up for a productive day.
Stay connected
Reach out to people you haven’t talked to in a while, or mix things up with your usual friend group by hosting a movie night over Netflix Party or a game night of Among Us.
Take care of yourself
Make sure that you are eating healthy, going outside, and exercising. Just sitting at home becomes an easy fall back, but even just going outside for a walk or stretching will make your mental health and body feel a lot better.
Take everything day by day
We can’t control or predict the future, so there is no use in worrying about it. Instead, try to focus on all of the positive things in the world and what you can do to help.
Help others
Small acts of kindness can go a long way. Whether it’s donating to your favorite charity or creating masks for your neighbors, helping others during this time will make a positive impact on others as well making yourself happier (don’t quite know how to properly phrase that). Don’t be afraid to get creative with this one!
